• Direct Humanitarian Aid:

Work directly with individuals and organizations who share our common goal to bring humanitarian aid directly to the needy people in Viet Nam, Sri Lanka, Tibet, India, and Nepal as well as other countries. These projects include, but not limited to:

- Provide foods to poor people in the difficult economic rural areas as well as disaster areas.

- Provide needed materials to improving the basic daily living for poor people.

- Provide transportation for needy people in the poor rural villages such as building bridges and roads, giving boats, bicycles, and wheelchairs for disabled persons.

- Help to improve local environments to very poor villages such as building houses, water wells, drinking water containers, etc…

- Provide help to needy children and poor students for academic achievements in the rural areas.

- Support Animal Release projects for the benefits of all sentient beings.

• Health Care Projects:

- Support life-threatening and critical emergency medical cases for poor people who are not affordable for the cost of surgeries.

- Provide foods and water to poor and seriously sick patients who come from the poor rural villages and stay in the hospitals for treatment.

- Provide healthcare treatments for poor people in the poor rural areas such as eyes surgery, basic treatment, etc…

• Providing support to special projects that are initiated and organized by Buddhist Monks and Nuns:

- Create comfortable living conditions and conducive learning environment for the Sangha to assists them with their progress on the Dharma path.

- Sponsor and/or provide logistics support for Buddhist Monks and Nuns visiting the Bay Areas.

- Organize local events for Buddhist Monks and Nuns to introduce Buddhism into the Bay Area community through a grass-rooted effort of volunteers for the benefit of all sentient beings.
